A very well run city in the County of San Diego that has available land and a desire to host the team. The city failed to lure the Padres to town, but was before the pension mess was uncovered and at the same time that the Padres found themselves in their second World Series. &lt;br /&gt;The Chargers will be able to talk to the city of Chula Vista if the referendum passes tomorrow.
